Brother Castor is the
performance name of songwriter and producer Joshua Taylor. His voice conveys
intimacy and carries warmth, similar to Ben Howard, although their music is
certainly different. In 2020, a video of “Let Go” showed his skills in percussively
playing his acoustic guitar. The video significantly increased his fanbase, but
Brother Castor remains underappreciated.
Bother
Castor is based in Northumberlan, UK. He tours the UK in a 1971 campervan
that he calls “Bessie.”
