     While explaining the motivation in writing “Little High Little Low,” The Royal Foundry said:
  “We wanted to shed light into the emotions we all face on a day to day, hidden or not, and normalize the importance of mental health. For years, we would say to each other, “Highs and Lows!” A comforting statement we shared in reference to our personal lives and the music industry. Experiencing highs and lows is a given, but what’s crucial is learning how to handle them before you get handled.
  From counselling, therapy, volunteering, and reaching out to a friend, there are so many resources available. We encourage everyone to seek out the help they need before it’s too late. Now is the time to nurture yourself and heal!” 
 
     “Little High Little Low” is smooth at the start, but picks up some grit during portions of the single. It is vocals-driven with primarily Folk instrumentation. We particularly enjoy the drop that occurs at 1:58.
 
     The Royal Foundry is the wife-and-husband team of Jared and Bethany (Schumacher) Salte of Sherman Park in Alberto, Canada. “Little High Little Low” is the title track of their recently released eleven-song album (embedded below).
