“Revolve” by Sibling – A Song Review

     It’s a relatively small sampling size (three songs), but the Sibling "sound” seems to be based on throbbing instrumentation and sullen vocalization. The duo also uses a slow-play “organic piano” in an electronic environment. In their latest release, “Revolve,” they finish with a lyrical directive. That is, the song ends with the command “Done.” In a live performance, the directive is probably accompanied by a drop of the microphone and an exit from the stage.

     Sibling is based in Venice Beach, California. The members are Bryan Osuszek and Elodie Tomlinson.
