Lyrics of “Overgrown” by Mountains of the Moon
Walking down the road
That used to take us home
Overgrown

Paths and trails from days gone by
No one lives here anymore
I'm all alone

And you, you used to stand with me
Love
Indelibly, I thought
You said whatever may be

Echoes on the mind
Laughs and great designs
Lost in time

Straying in the wild
Singing lullaby songs
To an unborn child

You used to stand with me, love
Indelibly, I thought
You said whatever may be

So, where'd you go?
Oh, where'd you go?
Oh, where'd you go?
Oh, where'd you go?

So tell me
What's to live for now?
What's to die for now?
Oh I don't know, no I don't know
[Repeat 3x]

Walking down the road
That used to take us home
Overgrown
