“Panic Like Tom” is a hook-propelled earworm from Riscas, a four-member band based in Birmingham, UK. The quick-twitch guitar is similar to tracks from The 1975 and Vampire Weekend, but has a feel of being from a tropical region.
Riscas is George Maycock (vocals, bass), Dan Parrot (drums). Ephraim Watts (guitar), and Tom Barker (lead guitar).
