Today’s email included an alert that a Nashville band is offering a four-song sneak peek into their upcoming album release. We checked out the songs from Future Thieves and enjoyed all four. Only after hearing the songs multiple times were we able to select one as the song of preference. The selection was “Horizon Lines,” which will be the title track when the album is released in September.
Future Thieves identifies its genre as Rock,” but the vocals have a Country edge to them and at times Blues makes an entrance. The genre is closer to Southern Rock – a blend of Kings of Leon and NEEDTOBREATHE without Christian undertones.
