Quivers are a Melbourne-based band formed of Sam J Nicholson (vocals, guitar), Holly Thomas (drums, vocals), Bella Quinlan (bass, vocals), and Michael Panton (guitar, vocals). Their song “You're Not Always On My Mind” has the ability to touch upon a range of quality bands, while remaining unique. The jangly guitars reach back decades, the vocals sometimes channel those of R.E.M., and at 1:20 we are reminded of the playing of Edge of U2.
