“Can’t Get Enough” by Dinner and a Suit – A Song Review

The release date of the EP “Stay” is October 7, 2014. Therefore, within a universe in which all musicians receive the recognition they deserve, October 6 is the last day to find a comfortable seat on the bandwagon of Dinner and a Suit. By origin, they are from New Jersey, but Dinner and a Suit are now based in Nashville, Tennessee.
“Can’t Get Enough” is in the wheelhouse of Dinner and a Suit. This song firmly resides in the Rock genre while including a touch of Pop. It’s our assessment that the band’s strength is “attitude vocals” and Rock guitar hooks, although they do reasonably well in the Pop genre (such as the 2012 release “Too Late”).
Yes, the “Stay” EP also includes a departure from the band's strength with “Everything That You Do." The song is on the reflective side, similar to “It’s Not Over," which is our favorite song on the first EP of Dinner and a Suit. Also noteworthy, another song on “Stay” is “A Way Out,” which features guitar work similar to that of The 1975.
The members of Dinner and a Suit are two cousins, Jonathan Capeci (vocals) and Joey Beretta (guitar), in addition to Anthony Genca (bass) and Drew Scheuer (drums).
