Last spring, to celebrate the annual birthday olympics, a
group of close friends and I took a trip to the Alps for an epic ski tour
called the Haute Route. Dubbed the
pinnacle of ski touring, the route is a six day ski/hike journey from Chamonix
to Zermatt, with some trains and taxis built into the route as well. In pulling together the two hours of footage
from the trip, it was only fitting that LCD Soundsystem's "All My Friends" served
as the accompaniment!
